International Women’s Day is always a great opportunity to assess and reaffirm my own commitment and actions towards gender equity. Here are some actions I intend to take in 2023
Have an EQUITABLE split of my coverage i.e. focusing more on women's division. Looking at some of the top creators of Ultimate media the overwhelming majority of videos and articles are from the Open division. I want to help redress that balance.

Hopefully get the chance to work with the play.coach.grow project now that they have entered their coaching phase. I was involved in the intial grant application process for this project and I have been so impressed with how much work has been done to date.
Continue to work with Ranelagh to transfer great intentions into meaningful actions to support the women’s community
As Irish Flying Disc Association Coaching Director, helping to train and promote female coaches.
